1. CONFIRMATION:Confirmation of a booking must be made in writing within 14 days of the original reservation.
The Management of Catering with Flair reserve the right to cancel the booking and allocate the venue to another
client if confirmation is
not received.
2. DEPOSIT: A minimum deposit of $5.00 per person is required at the time of confirmation. Electronic Funds
Transfers to: Catering With Flair National Australia Bank BSB 084-435 Account 58 585 1491
3. FINAL NUMBERS: Anticipated final numbers are requested ten days prior to function date. Final numbers are
required five clear working days prior to your event. This number will represent the minimum number of guests
for which you will be charged.
4. PRICE: Prices are subject to change but are firm from payment of a deposit for a period of 12 months.
5. MENU: Details must be finalised at least two weeks prior to the function so that our chefs can assure the
quality and availability of food.
6. PAYMENT: All charges are payable upon the receipt of accounts. Failure to do so within fourteen (14) days
would imply that the applying company/person agrees to pay costs of a collection agency or a solicitor for
recovery on a full indemnity basis.
7. CANCELLATION: In the case of cancellation Catering with Flair will refund the deposit less a booking fee of
10% up to 90 days prior to the function. Within 90 days to 45 days prior to the function, Catering with Flair
will retain the full deposit received as compensation for lost business. Less than 45 days, more than 10 days
prior to function, Catering with Flair, at their discretion, may charge 50% of the full cost of the function based
on the latest written estimate of numbers attending. Less than 10 days Catering with Flair, at their discretion,
may charge 80% of the full cost of the function based on final numbers attending.
