Laetitia loves to cook and loves the ocean; she is a qualified marine biologist and an award winning chef.
Laetitia’s business “Catering with Flair” is just the tip of the ice berg. She started catering professionally at the age of sixteen and has continued to the current day.
Catering with Flair provides a premium catering service for all occasions and for all budgets. They currently operate out of the Somerset Centre at Ormiston. (A function centre catering for up to 320 people)
Laetitia is also passionate about sourcing local produce and supporting local suppliers where possible and operates her business with sustainability in mind. Sustainability will ensure the future supply of quality products and help curb the depletion of endangered species.
